With the development of city, the commercial complex and high-rise residential buildings are increasing,making the functional requirements of basement becomes more widely, such as underground shopping malls, underground double garage, civil air defense engineering.In the developing process of one project, the basement construction occupies a large proportion in the total economy of the whole structure.Therefore, the design of the basement is getting more and more attention.The design of roof and floor structure of the basement so far has a variety of different schemes.The article combines a actual project case in Nanchang city, the project has two floors underground basement, which the basement column for 8. 4mx8.4m, the basement storey 3.9m, column section 600x600mm, concrete strength grade C30, reinforced with HRB400, and consider fire engine load conditions,civil air defense zone structure and nonhuman sector structure. The use of the latest engineering calculation software YJK related to the profit of the ground structure within the roof, on the roof structure outside the scope, basement,using the primary and secondary beam system, cross beam system, slab without beam system on the basement of negative;And a floor with primary and secondary beam system, cross beam system, slab without beam concrete system, calculating the variety of different schemes, and according to the engineering design experience of actual engineering reinforcement on the layout of the structure, the collection of various schemes of reinforced concrete and the total content of the total volume, the index the economy of each scheme. Through the comparative analysis,conclusions can be found as follows:1, selection of roof structure scheme in the ground structures within the relevant range on the slab without beam structure engineering materials was the least, 23.3% less than the cross beam structure, compared with the primary and secondary beam structure system to save 8.6%; 2, the roof on the ground outside the scope of the relevant structure (the basement roof structure scheme selection), no time the total cost of plate beam system structure than the cross beam system saves 10.6%,1.6% less than the cross beam system and girder system; 3, selection scheme in the civil air defense within the scope of the roof, slab without beam structure of material engineering amount the minimum total cost, total cost, compared with the cross beam system to save 18.9%, compared to the total cost of the cross beam system and secondary beam system to save 10.1%; 4, on the basement of the negative selection of a floor plan, and girder construction materials The amount of material engineering, the total cost minimum, beamless roof system saves 22.4% compared compared slab without beam system to save 12.5%.
