3D Image Sensor used in Intelligent Access Control System enables three-dimensional images own depth information, when we need playback, the three-dimensional scene can be reproduction, and the most advantage is be used for the transmission of surveillance video recording and remote control.This paper discusses the structure and functions of Access Control System which is provided with glasses-free 3D display function, the circuit system use ARM microcontrollers, 3D Image Sensor, glasses-free 3D LCD screen, network, voice, IC cards, memory and other components to be designed, focusing on developing 3D Image Sensor with dual CMOS image sensor.Under the FPGA logic control, with the glasses-free 3D display, it not only can provide high-quality images for the Access Control System security monitoring, but also provide a material basis for the glasses-free 3D technology to be achieved. The main work in this paper is as follows:1) In the full knowledge of the glasses-free 3D technology and Access Control System, and analysis the possibility of glasses-free 3D technology used in Access Control System, this paper propose the overall design scheme of Intelligent Access Control System;2) Design the 3D Image Sensor. Through the dual CMOS image sensor acquisition circuit, FPGA configuration circuit, image data buffer circuit, 3D image data output interface and system power supply circuit be designed, the paper complete the hardware circuit of the 3D Image Sensor;3) Based on the timing analysis of CMOS Image Sensor, the paper complete the sequence matching, timing simulation of CMOS Image Sensors. Through the Verilog HDL language, programming the configuration of CMOS control register, using horizontal and vertical pixel pulses to control image which is the CMOS image sensor output data, the system will output the image data after the completion of the merger 3D image data;4) The 3D Image Sensor output pin is defined, which comprise a frame synchronizing signal, horizontal synchronization signals, pulse signals and the 24 bits left and right image data of RGB. The interface can be connected directly to the ARM processor camera interface; it also can be interfaced with other camera image processing chip. The 3D Image Sensor connect with the glasses-free 3D LCD screen when debugging, the LCD can entirely display the left and right eye images.The 3D Image Sensor with FPGA can be used for 3D image acquisition, it has important significance in terms of the glasses-free 3D of popularity and practical. After using the 3D Image Sensor, the Access Control System can capture and store a sense with depth, and promote the product upgrades.
