In recent years, industrial radiation thermometry technique has made considerable progress, but the radiation thermometry theory, there have some conundrum. For example: based on the brightness temperature of the theory and design of brightness radiation thermometer for measuring the ambient temperature in the low temperature environment of objects, the error is very large;Objects in the field of low temperature, its brightness temperature deviation is much larger than the true temperature of both the deviation in the area of high temperature. The main contents are as follows:1.Introduces the concept of effective brightness temperature. Classic brightness temperature at a high temperature and the real temperature variation is almost negligible, but both cryogenic field deviation is very large.compared to the classical theory of brightness temperature, the effective brightness of radiation theory consider the environmental impact factors on the measurement results. The effective brightness temperature in the low temperature areas closer to the truth.By calculation, to verify the effective brightness temperature is accurate and reasonable. Verified by calculating the effective brightness of the theory of rationality and accuracy. Deviations in brightness temperature and low temperature areas of the classical real temperature is very large.2.Proposed the concept of the effective radiation temperature. By calculating the effective radiation temperature to compare with the classical radiation temperature different performance at high temperatures, low temperature and different emission rates; and verify the effective radiation temperature of the theory closer to the real temperature of the object than the radiation temperature.3.Through the experiment, in the range of allowable error, measurement of brightness temperature is consistent with the theoretical value.
