| Wind energy is a kind of energy which is clean and efficiency and easy to apply. But as the quality guarantee of the wind turbines are about 5 years. By now the number of wind turbines which out of quality guarantee is about over 50000, and by the time, the operation and maintenance of the wind turbines turn to be the key point of keeping profits of power generation.This paper is according to the characteristics of wind turbines’ maintenance to set up the goal of the key parts as the researching objects, and doing several researches as follow:1)Based on the structure of truss to set up the lifting platform model with light weight and better characteristic of strain and rigidity, so that it can works safely.2)Using the better characteristic of force transmission of the leader framework and its simple structure to design the lifting device to guarantee the required data of intension and stress.3)Using the 3D CAD software to set up the lifting device simulating model, and linearization the model by difference equations to get the finite model of each key parts.4)Adding constrains and loads to the FEM and simulating the model with FE software, the results indicate that the intension, stress and rigidity can meet the requirements of lifting operation.5)Using Adams simulation platform to simulate the lifting arm, the results indicates that the arm can work accurately and placidity under the limit conditions.Simulation results indicate that the lifting device which is designed by this paper can fulfill the purpose of damaging parts exchanging and old wind turbines’ upgrading. This lifting device is simple and cheap and easy to assembling and disassembling and transportation. It makes many senses of reducing the costs of maintenance. |
