With the global energy crisis intensifies, human now in the energy crisis, and a large number of fossil fuel combustion caused serious environmental pollution. Solving the energy problem and environment problem is the humanity one of the most urgent task in the twenty-first century. The use of renewable resources, is one of the important means to solve these problems. Chinese ocean energy resources are rich, and have a broad prospects in utilizing ocean energy. But with the development of ocean energy power generation technology, the control technology requirements are also getting higher and higher. An excellent control technology can further enhance the ocean energy power generation technology level, prolong the service life of power equipment, improve the power efficiency of power generation equipment. This paper studies from the off grid wave and wind energy generation platform control system. Setting a complete wave and wind energy complementary control strategy. And using this strategy to design and build a complete wave and wind energy complementary generation platform control system. The research work of this paper mainly includes:(1) Research and analysis the main composition of control system and the main control objectives. Point out that the main influence factors in establishing the monitoring strategy of the control system.(2) The control strategy of power energy management system were introduced and analyzed. Point out there are four ways to realize energy management:wave and wind energy generation output power control, battery group control, load on-off control, gasoline generator control.(3) Control strategy of generating equipment state monitoring system and data remote transmission system is discussed and analyzed. The main monitoring parameters and detection strategy of power equipment monitoring is introduced. Then build the remote data transmission system through the wireless mobile network.(4) Doing an in-depth analysis and research in the wind power generation control system, pointing out that the control strategy of wind turbine auxiliary starting system, the wind turbine brake system, wind output energy management system. The main function of wind output energy management system is the maximum power point tracking of wind power generation, this paper adopts the tip speed ratio method, using the fuzzy control strategy to achieve the maximum power point tracking, and its effectiveness and accuracy are proved by the experiment.(5) The control strategy of the wave power generation control system are analyzed, points out the limitations of this control system.(6) Design the hardware and software of the wave and wind energy complementary power generation control system by using of monitoring strategy researched in the paper.
