Taking into account the national energy security and electricity demand for electricity users, the original transmission mode has been seriously lagging. Therefore, only completed the smart grid, and based on the establishment of the power of user business flow, information flow, power flow real-time interactive new power supply and demand relationship, to reasonable regulation of the electricity demand, improve the power supply capacity, in order to better the promote the vigorous development of the national economy.In recent years, national authorities and experts also attaches great importance to construction of smart grid, and take some effective measures, accelerate the construction of smart grid; but in the electricity information acquisition scheme and construction management aspect still exist some problems. This paper according to the author for many years of management experience and theoretical knowledge, combined with data about the investigation, analysis, we carry on the research on electricity information collection system construction, and advances some suggestions on the system construction.Research status at home and abroad related to smart grid is analyzed in this paper, and introduced the system construction, the main function, analysis and comparison of the electric energy data acquire system related constitute a part of technical scheme of collection of electricity.
