Modern construction project usually has large scale, business activities related tothe characteristics of complex objects, especially in the bidding and constructionmanagement process, need to deal with the information and document number.Thetraditional way of building engineering business information management level, lowefficiency, high cost, extremely easy to cause loss due to failure of communication.Withthe rapid development of network technology and database technology, will beintegrated into the advanced information technology to the construction businessmanagement mode, the main trend of the construction business management into acomprehensive construction enterprises to improve the information management leveland the quality of construction projects.Based on the construction and analysis of main business process managementmodel, and make full use of network information technology in accordance with thedevelopment of software engineering specifications, design and implement a set ofinformation system can meet the construction business management in the networkenvironment.This paper first summarizes the current construction business managementsystem present situation and existing problems, the system research goal and majorcontents, expounds the development route system involving the main theory andtechnology characteristics (such as Broswer/Server framework, ASP.NET, C#programming language and database access technology);Then according to the actualrequirements of the business management of Jiangsu city Taizhou construction anddevelopment of urban construction and Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.,analyzes the main information of engineering business management information systemconstruction, system frame is determined, mainly divided into bidding businesssubsystem, construction process management subsystem and system management ofthree parts, and the system’s main business process is analyzed, the main use case modeland its description. By using the object-oriented technology system data model isestablished, and gives the main design principle, system structure design, main functionmodules and interface design process, around the business data model, complete thedesign of the system database table.Finally, on this basis, developed a B/S model basedon the construction business management system, discusses in detail the realization process of the main function modules of the system. The system is based on Windowsplatform, using Visual Studio2005, SQL Server2005as the development tool,ASP.NET as a development language, using Browser/Server as the system architectureto develop, and the presentation layer, business logic layer, data access layer, three layerarchitecture model to achieve the system main function.System test results show that, the design and development of the Web constructionbusiness management system can satisfy the user demand and construction biddingbased on process management, to achieve the two kinds of business management ofdata collection, processing, storage and print statements, statistical and other functions,to achieve the visualization of collaborative management of all parties involved in theproject center and remote control management, to provide dynamic informationmanagement for construction project.
