In accordance with the relevant requirements of environmental protection and combined with our own actual situation,# 1 boiler of Jinglong Power Plant has done the Denitration transformation. Denitration transformation includes:the transformation of the boiler burner for low-nitrogen burners; re-design and layout the heating surface on the rear flue, and installation of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) equipment and ancillary systems on flue. It has ignificant effect after transformation flue gas denitrification system, significantly reduced the nitrogen oxide emissions of certain area.Response to the saving national energy, development of recycling economy and building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, The# 1 boiler of Jinglong Power Plant has been transformed during 2013, was carried out in the furnace burner modifications and flue installation of SCR.2 ×600MW unit boiler of Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Company Limited which model is SG-2060/17.5-M915, is produced by Shanghai Boiler Works Limited. It is sub-critical pressure, single reheat, controlled circulation boiler. Boiler using swing burner thermostat, square layout, tangentially fired, Positive Pulverizing systems, single furnace, ∏-type tight closure arrangement, solid slag balanced ventilation, full steel suspension structure.Implementation of low-nitrogen burners transformation has remarkable significance, the boiler reduces NOx production, while ensuring the combustion efficiency of the boiler, the boiler’s technical improvements to ensure environmental requirements. With the rapid development of the national economy and improve people’s living standards, environmental protection requirements are also increasing, through the transformation of this boiler burner, laid a solid foundation to run the plant SCR system, and has important practical significance of the boiler low emissions in the end.
