With the continuous development of China’s economy, the flue gas emissions from coal based electricity production with nitrogen oxides (NOx), CO2, sulfur oxides (SOx), and stack dust and other pollutants, not only seriously pollute the environment but also restrict the development of China’s electric power industry. In a factory 600MW subcritical header boiler as the research object, this paper analysis and research the combined reconstruction of low nitrogen burner and SCR.This paper analyze the basic parameters of a 600MW subcritical boiler flue gas denitration engineering based on the experimental research。According to the analysis results, when the denitration engineering is designed, this paper propose a consideration after the change of the power coal ash, on the other hand should also consider the dust concentration in the inlet of air preheater is higher than that of the inlet of precipitator, and the change of sulfur content of coal in thermal power plant in the future, reasonably design the reactor section to prevent the emergence of catalyst blocking ash, wear and so on. Secondly, this paper research on the retrofit scheme of Low Nitrogen, according to the results of numerical simulation, the distribution of flow field and temperature field in ultra low nitrogen burner program is reasonable, flow field better, combustion is also good, adherent atmosphere is excellent, which can effectively prevent the slag and high temperature corrosion of the water wall, and prolong the residence time of pulverized coal in the deoxidization area, further reduce the emissions of a boiler. The wind rate of separated overfire air has a great influence on NOx emission of boiler, and has a best value. Finally, this paper research on the reconstruction scheme of SCR technology. According to the actual situation of the unit, adopt the layout scheme of high dust, analyze the flue gas process, main equipment, denitration agent storage and so on, and study the influence of transformation on the boiler and operation. After the combination of low nitrogen burner and SCR, the technical indexes of the units all reach or better than the design values.
