| Demand risk management is an important section of project management to keep the project carried out smoothly, and maintain the completion of project goals; To identify customer requirements, confirm the project scope,manage and control the demands effectively through analyzing various customer needs is the guarantee for the realization of reliable project control. The demand risk of the OMS project in M electric power control center is short of management and control, resulting in many problems in the implementation process, which affects the project schedule, cost and quality seriously. This paper analyzes and evaluates the project risk by using the relevant theories of risk management, and puts forward the effective control method of demand risk.Aimed at the management problem of project risk demand for the OMS project in M electric power control center, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of correlation matrix method. First to identify risk factors of project demand by brainstorming, grade to various factors by Delphi method, finally, make correlation matrix through collecting all the ratings of the experts,then calculate and assess the effect of various risk factors. To make the results more credible, this paper also revises expert weight by portfolio assignment method according to the expert’s experience, calculates all the ratings of the experts by the new weight, and form the new correlation matrix to analyze and assess. After getting the final evaluation results, based on the evaluation results, combined with the actual situation, this paper formulates coping principle and strategies of the demand risk factors, and forms project risk demand management method for the OMS project in M electric power control center, which helps the project team on demand risk management; It lays a foundation of promoting the demand risk management methods to other professional module construction of the OMS project in M province in the future. |
