This article relying220kV Nanjing Road substation technical transformation projects, research on project risk management, risk identification, assessment, response and monitoring; Overview and analysis substations technological transformation project scope, characteristics and processes, drawing a wider range of technological transformation project construction process, technology and environment have a large uncertainty; through projects demonstration, the early stage of the implementation of t various stages of the analysis, and summed up the characteristics of the substation project risk management.Through Nanjing Road substation technological transformation project profile analysis, come to the consultation that the project with more variability, uncertainties and other unfavorable factors; define project objectives; through risk identification based on an analysis of the project to determine the risk identification process; utilize SWOT analysis to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Nanjing Road substation technological transformation project, further preliminary identification of the risk factors of the project through the Delphi method, preliminary recognition results, combined with previous projects, risk factors, use of checklists Faroe listed substation technical transformation projects; all risk factors, divided into five major risks of the project environment, management, security, resources, communication risk, and after the initial screening analysis to determine the total21items of the risk factors related to technological transformation project in Nanjing Road.Through analysis of the principles of constructing the substation technological transformation project risk assessment index system to determine the main framework of risk assessment system; introduce gray system theory, multi-level gray assessment model, detailed breakdown of the established multi-level gray assessment model of risk assessment; build the Nanjing Road station renovation projects three-tier modelas project risk assessment based on five major projects identified risk; subjective scoring method to determine the model, the three-tier structure weight within the various risk factors and organize relevant experts to rate each assessment, the assessment matrix to determine the model and further calculate the gray assessment weight vector and weight natrix by a comprehensive assessment of the project, to calculate the total nsk assessment; by total risk assessment values, the technological transformation project risk, in line with the expected results in partial multi-level gray assessment method can substation technological transformation project risk assessment.Response through the use of project risk prevention, mitigation, transfer, retention and back-up measures, developed the response measures of Nanjing Road Substation technological transformation project risk factors.
