The energy efficiency management has become the hot spot of current research, and plays an important role in energy conservation. The energy efficiency monitoring system relies on data acquisition technology and communication technology, which can monitor electrical equipment comprehensively, and realize the industrial use of electricity information and automation. Energy efficiency monitoring terminal mainly is responsible for information collection and transmission, which is the foundation of efficiency monitoring system. According to the demand of monitoring energy efficiency of industrial users, the article designed the thermal power type energy efficiency monitoring terminal, which not only need to collect electric data, also need to capture non electric data.The hardware design of the terminal based on STM32f103 processor and RN8302 measurement chip, designed AC sampling circuit, DC analog sampling circuit, communication circuit, memory circuit, power supply management, display and keyboard circuit. The AC sampling circuit acquires the voltage and current through the voltage division and current transformer, DC analog sampling circuit realizes the data collection of temperature and humidity via the sensor. The communication circuit includes WIA-PA, PLC and RS-485 circuit. The terminal controls the WIA-PA communication circuit through RF chip Si4432, which can realize the communication with the processor through the SPI serial port. The terminal uses MAX485ESA as the control chip of RS485.The terminal software is designed with the modular thought, which includes the drive module, the main thread module, communication module, data acquisition module and a local management module. The drive module includes the design of hardware address resource definition and the UART interface driver. The main thread includes main program, auxiliary module and exception handling procedures. Based on DL645-2007 protocol, the communication module design includes protocol analysis and communication interface.The energy efficiency monitoring terminal is configured and tested, which can meet the accuracy and other technical requirements, and provide reliable data source for online monitoring of energy efficiency, and play an important role for the realization of energy saving to industrial users.
