| As a new transportation tool, Electric vehicle (EV) has the advantages of no pollution and diversified energy configuration. Home and abroad has been committed to electric car research in recent years. And it has been an inevitable trend for the popularity of electric vehicles. There are three kinds of charging mode for EV choosing the charge: plug-in charging, battery replacement and fast charging. It will have different influence on the economic costs, charging infrastructure and power grid to choose different charging mode. Thus for city, how to choose the EV development model compatible with their own economic the industrial environment is a necessary prerequisite to promote urban economic and improve the urban acceptation further of EVs. To this end, based on the research and studies of urban EV development model, the article puts forward a corresponding comprehensive evaluation method. The main aspects are summarized as follows:Researching and studying electric vehicle development status in home and abroad. And EV has begun to take shape in China. However the operating status in different demonstration city is uneven. It is the main work solved to choose appropriate development mode which mainly relies on the charging mode choosing.On the basis of scientific, comprehensive, testability and regional principles, and considering the social benefits, economic benefits, policy benefits and charging mode, the paper proposed and set up the comprehensive evaluation system to discuss the possibility of charging mode choosing, which influenced by both the characteristics of the charging mode and the EV driving habits. Then the calculation model was defined to quantify these related indexes, including convenience, charging time, et.. In order to get the index weight, the AHP is proposed in this paper and the final evaluation results are sorted by TOPSIS.In the last, based on planning data, the proposed method was verified by a typical city, which showed that the comprehensive evaluation system is reasonable and effective. And the evaluation results can be as reference and basis for establish and improve the intelligent charging service network. |
