| It has been a new hot spot in the domestic construction industry to theoretically research and practically apply the assembly project selection in recent years.Assembly construction boasts unique superiorities in terms of construction convenience and construction timeliness compared with traditional masonry and frame-shear structure buildings,which has been increasingly brought to the forefront of domestic and foreign social institutions,experts,scholars and practitioners.However,the research and practice of the Project Selection are still in the stage with weak theoretical research foundation and relatively deficient methods,which is quite different from the construction superiorities that have been taken seriously.Consequently,it is particularly significant and urgent to select a scheme improving the assembly project selection research.Carrying out the research is of great value for how to make up for its weakness on theoretical research foundation and relative deficiency on methods applying as well as how to further enrich and promote the industry development by virtue of selection results.4 principal research fields of the Paper are as follows:(1)The assembly construction project concepts as well as the differences between the Project and other kind of projects have been clarified on the basis of relevant literature research.(2)A set of selection index systems suitable for assembly project and in line with its selection requirements have been created through issuing questionnaires to industry experts.(3)AHP-TOPSIS mathematical model method is finally selected to perform the assembly project selection though consulting related literature and summarizing practical experience based on the created index systems.(4)Case analysis is performed based on created selection index systems and proposed AHP-TOPSIS project selection method with GY Project selection of Xuchang XM Company as the application background.Definitely: Value of each tender programme should be targeted selected according to index systems.Secondly,the content of selected value should be analyzed by hierarchy,weighted and sorted so as to select the most satisfied selection scheme.Finally,reasonable optimization proposals should be raised through the comparison of the indicators in the selected scheme and the satisfied value.After properly completing the selection theory study of the prefabricated engineering project(scheme),the author invited experts and scholars to use the method proposed in this paper,verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization method,and tracked the "GY prefabricated engineering project" to the completion,continuing to verify whether the selection results and optimization suggestions are reasonable and effective. |
