Abstract/Summary:
With the construction of State Grid Corporation of China infrastructure standardization further advanced, many achievements had achieved, and three ideas had formed, which is based on the "three standard", used "two type" and "two new" as the carrier, guided by the building life cycle management of the project. This article, starting from the requirements of the safety reliability, maintainability, scalability, energy saving and environmental protection, recoverability of the cable line and the optimal cost of life cycle, according to the construction of strong smart grid requirements putting forward by the State Grid Corporation of China, achieves the expected results, through scientific analysis, aiming at the importance of cable transmission line, based on the establishment of the life cycle cost forecasting model, design evaluation system.Based on the theory of cost management in the electric power cable engineering project, the article leads in a more advanced cost management theory, which is the whole life cycle cost management. It is a kind of innovative, pragmatic new management idea, whose core content is to consider the decision-making, design, construction, operation and maintenance, scrap recycling and other stages of overall project, and which can achieve the integrated management and sustainable development, so as to make the whole power system reached the highest output and the lowest investment. Analysis of the design and construction of cable line in present situation of our country, the article discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing the life cycle management concept in the cable lines, and studies the objective, characteristics and content of the whole life cycle design in the cable line, based on the practical situation. This article focuses on the construction of the whole life cycle model, selected the 110kV cable project in the Hu mountain, Ningbo city as the object to study, in accordance with the prototype sample input value and the target output value of whole life cycle management training repeatedly and correct connection weights and threshold parameters, achieved to the output value of the experts in the field of target. After testing, the output value basically meets the needs of the functions of auxiliary power grid fault information analysis and decision support, to attain the intended objectives.This article is mainly guided by the whole life cycle theory on the process of cost management of cable line project, for it has a strong practical significance to reduce the cost of power grid construction, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and ensure that the power efficiency of utilization of funds for electric power enterprises.
