The crankshaft is the main moving parts of the internal combustion engine. Its size largely affect the whole size and weight of the internal-combustion engine, the reliability and durability of the engine also depends largely on the strength of the crankshaft. This paper mainly studies the crankshaft bias in the application of the engine and engine torque and power influence. The crankshaft bias mainly applied to the design of the engine, can improve the sports dead spots to no open position and fluctuation check point coincidence; Can improve the transmission efficiency and reduce the height of the engine; Can the effective utilization of slider-crank mechanism is urgent, increase the trip back to characteristics of the crankshaft work corner, reduce exhaust stroke crankshaft corner. It mainly uses mechanics、kinematics and the algorithms of mathematics, theoretically analyzing the stress distribution of the biasing crankshaft. Then compared with the infix. It mainly contrasts the tangential force、 lateral force and so on in each stroke, to ensure the stability of the engine. But the technology has not been given enough attention as it should be, and there is not a lot research about this aspect. I believe that with the development of the engine technology the crankshaft bias will have great development.
