| Space RCRCR mechanism has the following advantages: small number ofcomponents,simple structure,easy to manufacture and assemble,all components areconnected with good abrasion resistance lower pair, has a variety of movement formsof the output shaft.Its application in engineering nearly a hundred years ofhistory.When its offsets between input and output are equal, it has perfect constantvelocity property,When the output offset is greater than the input offset the spaceRCRCR mechanism can transform the rotation of the input rod into the swing of theoutput rod,In this case, there two swing range of the output rod,(90°,270°)and(-90°,90°).We called the former as the Space Crank-insideswing mechanism,the latter is referred to as space crank-outsideswing mechanism.For the input and output offset equal space RCRCR agencies have a systematicstudy, This thesis focuses on the motion and force analysis of the space crank-outsideswing mechanism,Its purpose is to improve the theoretical research system ofthe space RCRCR institutions, and provides a theoretical basis for the application ofthis mechanism.In this thesis, we combined the numerical analysis method with the computerdynamics analysis simulation software,conducted the following analysis of theagency:(1) The motion law of space crack-outsideswing mechanism is analyzed by usingplanar projection method, the motion rules of all active rods are got, and a detailedanalysis of the impact of structural parameters on the main body motion law aremade.Proposed the following conclusions,such as the trajectory of the rotating deputybetween the two dowel bar is the intersecting line of two cylinders which radius are h1and h2, In practical applications, should make60,etc.(2) In the SolidWorks environment, the3d model of the spacecrank-outsideswing mechanism is established, then the motion simulation analysisof this mechanism is accomplished in the SolidWorks Motion plug-in.On thisbasis,the consistency analysis of the calculation results and the simulation results arebe made。(3) Under the conditions of the known driving torque, the dynamic static analysisof the space crank-outsideswing mechanism is conducted by using show force pair method, obtained the constraint force of all movement, and a detailedanalysis of the impact of structural parameters on the dynamic static characteristicsare made. Proposed the following conclusions, such as the two dowel bar can bechanged into one dowel bar,or we can use a spherical pair to combine the two dowelbar,etc.(4) The pure rigid body is established in the SolidWorks environment, Then thedynamic static analysis of this mechanism is simulated by SolidWorks Motion, theforce rules of all deputy campaigns are got.On this basis,the consistency analysis ofthe calculation results and the simulation results are be made. |
