Along with development of China’s economy In recent years, the rise of the real estate are constantly promoted, in order to meet the requirements of people on space and comfort, Continue to break through the building height, architectural modeling more complex.currently the specification deign standard for the super high-rise structures in the design of elastic-plastic stage and method-based seismic evaluation are waiting for discussing, So it is necessary to study the seismic response analysis of high-rise structure analysis and structure.This paper takes a shear wall house in Hefei as examples to analysis the complex high-rise building, Though the finite element analysis software Midas building and PKPM to analysis the whole structure and establish a more refined local finite element model by ANS YS.through a variety of analytical methods,the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the structure to discriminate and evaluate a comprehensive system for structural design provides a theoretical basis in elasticity and elastic plastic stage, summarizes the design essentials of super high buildings through the analysis of specific projects:(1), This project is a B high-rise building, flat reverse irregular, vertical stiffness mutation, floor is not continuous, Concept design first before design super high building, plane layout should be simple, the rules, structure should along two axis direction or the other two-way arrangement, and lateral stiffness in both directions should not differ too much, so that the structure of both economical and meet the performance requirements.(2), Carries on the analysis on in super high rise building, the appropriate use of two different kinds of structure model were analyzed and calculated, understand the structure dynamic performance through compare the two analysis results under frequent earthquake.(3), The elastic-plastic stage by using pushover analysis method (push-over), the observation of shear wall first appeared in the rare case of weak component under rare earthquakes position and the position of plastic hinge distribution, performance of the control point can be obtained through push-over analysis curve, the capacity curve and 7 Structure degree rare earthquake demand curve, the control point of X, Y direction about the largest inter-layer structure of corresponding to the performance of displacement angle respectively appear in the 28 floors and 31 floors, take economic appropriate with targeted(4),In the rare earthquake, identify weak parts of the structure maximum strain on the location of the plastic hinge firstly appeared in coupling beam through analysis the model by MIDAS, judgment to identify the strain levels by comparing with the specification and give strengthened.(5),Through the analysis of the structure of the energy component the beams of ductility changes by ANSYS, provides the theory basis for the later component design.The main contribution of this paper provides the basis on the specific structural design in super high-rise buildings by specific engineering examples.
