The average level of our country power overall consumption level and the developed countries there is still a certain gap, the thermal power auxiliary single configuration to reduce the thermal power plant energy consumption level, reduce the initial investment in power plant is a beneficial attempt. Separate auxiliary configuration because of FD FAN, ID FAN, PA FAN, AIR PREHEATER and FEEDWATER PUMP adopts single configuration, if a fault occurs on a device, it may cause the unit shutdown,therefore influencing the reliability of individual equipment reliability of units increases greatly, and the control system and single row auxiliary configuration protection design and double row should be radically different, design based on the no reference.Therefore, the purpose of this research is to protection and control system for auxiliary single configuration system design optimization based on conventional dual configuration, in order to improve the operation reliability of single configuration system,so as to improve the safe operation level of the whole single auxiliary configuration unit,and has higher practical application value. The main research contents of topic is the design of instrumentation and control system configuration gives auxiliary single configuration system; auxiliary single configuration system interlock protection optimization design; auxiliary single configuration system MFT and RB optimization design; automatic adjustment optimization design scheme of auxiliary single configuration system; optimized design scheme of auxiliary single configuration system FCB the design scheme of formation; control and protection system for a complete single auxiliary.
