In recent years,the electric power industry in China has developed rapidly.The supercritical units and ultra-supercritical units make up the mainstream of newly built units,but there is still a big gap between the overall energy consumption of generating units in China and the level of energy consumption in developed countries.Auxiliary single row configuration can effectively reduce the generator unit of the initial investment and overall energy consumption,thereby enhancing the overall economic efficiency of enterprises.However,the single configuration of the auxiliary equipment means that if one auxiliary machine fails,it is possible to cause the shutdown of the generator set.Such a unit sets higher requirements on the operational reliability of a single auxiliary machine and the operation and management of the operator.The research and application of APS technology is the most effective technical means to solve this problem.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,the development status of APS,the development status of thermal power unit with single row auxiliary equipment and the significance of implementing APS in thermal power unit with single row auxiliary equipment are introduced.Taking a 350 MW supercritical unit with single row auxiliary equipment as an example,this paper summarized the process characteristics of supercritical units with single row auxiliary equipment,and introduced the equipment of single row auxiliary equipment such as blowers,induced draft fans,primary blowers,air preheaters,feed pumps and steam turbines,and then introduced the project control system overview,including the whole plant control system configuration and DCS configuration.Secondly,the design scheme of APS applied in power unit with single row auxiliary equipment is studied in detail.This paper analyzed and researched respectively from the design ideas and basic principles of APS,the design scope of APS,the framework principle of APS technology,the setting of breakpoints,the interface between APS and other systems,and the design and optimization of man-machine interface.Finally,the detailed research on the realization of full control and management of APS technology in multiple systems is carried out.Taking the water supply control system,the combustion control system,the main steam pressure control system and the smoke control system as an example,the control tasks,control strategies,set value commands and control loop design of these control systems are analyzed.The technical difficulties encountered in the implementation of the project and the shortcomings in the implementation process are summarized.It is proved by practice that in good technical preparation stage,design and function of project planning stage,the program group stage,perfect control system optimization design,entity commissioning phase of the work,the application of APS technology for supercritical unit with single row auxiliary equipment can not only improve the running reliability of the equipment,so as to improve the level of safe operation of auxiliary separate units,and can reduce labor intensity,shorten the on-off time,improve the overall economic efficiency of enterprises.
