Xibaipo- Hirayama 220 kV double circuit lines on the same tower was built in 2001.The circuit uses two wires which is LGJ-240/30-type ACSR.Every time the maximum design capacity of conveying is 388 MVA,With the development of the national economy and the system,The capacity of transmission can not meet the requirements.State Grid Corporation advocated in constructing transmission line :“Resource-saving and environment-friendly, new technologies, new materials, new technology”.Absorb the achievements of modern science and technology. Consider the construction and operating costs.According to the optimization design of the lowest life cycle cost, promote advanced experiences and practices which heat-resistant wire used in transmission line. It is the professional focus.The main content of construction :replace the full line LGJ-240/35 wire for ACCC-600/71 heat conductors.(which referred to as "heat conductor");Replace the former left ground 8-core cable for OPGW-135 24-core fiber optic cable;The wire of original ground xibaipo right plant architecture-N17 is JLB4-150 aluminum clad steel wire.(No need replace.) ReplaceN17-N32 common ground for the JLB4-95 aluminum clad steel wire.ReplaceN32- Hirayama substation common ground for JLB4-120 aluminum clad steel wire.The main difficulty of this project lies in He Bei South network for the first time carrying out such construction. No relevant experience to refer. And there were numerous factories and village along.The environment is very complex.The project used thereplace wire method of two pull one,through two pull one to walk the plank and tract new conductor.In the process of old wire rewinding,it need two pull one to walk the plank in order to complete the unfoldingnew wire.The wires may not be greater than 50 ° by the requirements of the corner tower. The method adopted the method of increase tackle.Fixtures, clamps, connectors crimping tools and instruments provided by the manufacturers which offered professional tools.After the last line running regularly on line load, wire sag, conductor temperature were tested, compared the safety and economy.
