Application Research Of Pre-fabricated Concrete Technology In The Demostration Project In Chengdu

The Chinese construction industry is mainly based on the traditional labor-intensive employment pattern and on-site construction method. This mode has met the needs of the rapid development of economy and large amount of construction requirements in the past.However the traditional development isn't sustainable due to its high resource consumption and environment pollution. It is a great negative influence on our economic development.Currently the annual per GDP has researched between 8000 dollars. Research and develop of precast concrete building system and improve the level of production in the off-site factory is crucial for the development of construction industry. It is also the main way of change labor-intensive pattern like developed countries.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department is promoting the construction industrialization based on the Precast Concrete Building Technology in the development of affordable housing projects. The integrated construction industrialization technology includes the Design, Off-site Production, Research of new structure,Standardized Pre-fabricated Construction, etc.Some regional authorities, such as Beijing and Shanghai, have publicized the policy of encouraging the construction industrialization development, and the Pre-fabricated Concrete Building system is the first priority. At the same time, many other provinces have also issued similar government policies and documents to encourage the development of construction industrializationTherefore, a healthy construction industry trend has developed, and once the state government adopts the comprehensive and overall industrialized off-site production pattern,Pre-fabricated Concrete construction method will quickly meet the market demand and create benefit. As an important western city, Chengdu is also actively exploring the implementation of Pre-fabricated Concrete construction. This thesis is based on and inspired by two demo-projects, Greenland East-Village Kindergarten Project and Jinfeng New-Town project, researches on construction technologies for Pre-fabricated Concrete Building, and this research will play a certain role in promoting application of Pre-fabricated Concrete Building in Chengdu and Sichuan Province. This thesis mainly includes three subjects:1 .Feasibility analyzing of Pre-fabricated Concrete construction industrialization in Chengdu, including the study of micro national policy, the external social & economic environment and the local policy, micro-economical Cost-benefit analysis of Chengdu construction market, etc.2. Application range research of the Pre-fabricated Concrete construction industry,focusing on building type and building components.3. Analyzing the Pre-fabricated Concrete construction industrialization in the demo-projects in Chengdu, summarizing the overall engineering processes of design,production, transportation, storage, hoisting, installation, connection and quality control.
