With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the development of the smart grid has become an inevitable trend. Electronic transformer is a very important equipment for the smart grid with the advantages of lightweight, good linearity, and easy to connect to the digital measuring equipments. Now the electronic transformer has entered the practical process. Mass production of the electronic transformer needs to adopt the advanced error debugging method. Therefore, this thesis designs the electronic transformer error debugging system based on LabVIEW virtual according to the error theory and IEC standards.The thesis discusses the overseas and domestic research trends and status of the electronic transformer error debugging technique, analysis of the existing error debugging methods. The existing electronic transformer can provide both analog and digital output modes. So this thesis designs the error debugging system applicable to both outputs. Traditional electronic transformer error debugging methods include the direct comparison and the difference method, both of them can be used for the analog output, but the digital output can only use the direct comparison method. In order to reduce production costs and ensure accuracy, the analog output of the error debugging system using the difference method. To construct an error compensation network for the analog output system to reduce the initial error.The error debugging system which is used in the analog output electronic transformer includes the source, the standard channel, and error debugging software. The standard channel includes differential circuit, signal processing circuit, A/D converter circuit, DSP core and memory circuit. The error debugging system which is used in the digital output electronic transformer includes the source, the standard channel and error debugging software. The error debugging software was designed by the LabVIEW software. It finishes the relevant calculation of the electronic transformer error parameters, and it achieves waveform display and data storage capabilities. The experimental results show that the system can meet the requirements of the class 0.2 output electronic transformer error debugging system design. Uncertainty evaluation results show that the system can meet the requirements.
