Renewable energy is the main supporting the future world energy structure,wind power, photovoltaic power generation, wind and light complementary and wind photovoltaic diesel power distributed power supply mode has been widely popularized and applied, especially not touch in the city net electricity in remote areas without electricity, such as Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai and other places, with much land and few people, but there are very rich in wind and solar energy resources, the use of wind light complementary electricity generating system is very suitable for solving the problem of. At present, the wind and solar power technology has been more mature,but how to improve the efficiency of wind and solar power has been a hot research of many scholars at home and abroad. Most of the researches focused on the fan and ultra- low speed development, improvement of solar cell material and technology, power electronic component function development etc., and the matching andoptimization design research is less wind and solar generation system capacity.This paper analyses in the collection, collation, at home and abroad on the scenerydesign research data on the basis of the optimization of power system, the scenery complementary power generation capacity of the system, and system optimization design is studied in detail, the main research work includes three aspects: Firstly introduced the composition of scenery complementary power generation system, the establishment of solar cell and the battery model, using the optimal matching and checking the cumulative power loss design method for the system capacity. Secondly onhousehold electrical engineering in Etuoke Banner upgrade scheme are analyzed and verified, and the use of new batteries in upgrading scheme are analyzed and calculated, through the test of simulation that old and new batteries not series parallelmixed conclusions. At last according to the engineering example, the paper put forward the improvement scheme of rational use of old and new batteries, provides the data basis for the transformation of rural power network power construction next.
