With the rapid development of economy,the demand for electric power is increasing day by day.However,the traditional generation is not conducive to the sustainable development of energy,the distributed generation is becoming more and more important.Distributed generation can not only make full use of clean new energy,but also has the advantages of small investment,flexible and adaptable.The types,access location and access capacity of distributed power have some influence on the power flow,voltage quality and the economic cost of the power grid.Choosing the types,access location.and access capacity of distributed power reasonably can improve the network loss,the voltage quality of the user side and the construction cost of the power grid.So the distributed power is very important to the distribution network planning.This paper first introduces the basic concept of distributed power supply,and introduced the distributed generations,have a certain impact on the reliability of distribution network voltage stability,network loss,relay protection and system.In combination with the above,requirements for the access capacity and location of distributed power supplies are put forward.Before optimization,this paper improves the traditional power flow algorithm,which can adapt to the distribution network of weak ring and distributed power,and also more convenient to calculate the optimized results.This paper considers the impact of distributed generation on reliability and economy of power system.This paper also considers voltage,current and distributed power supply capacity constraints,and establish a multi-objective function consisting of a distributed power fixed investment and network loss cost,environmental cost gain multi objective function,of the distribution network with distributed power generation cost and voltage stability index.With the help of the objective function,it can evaluate the capacity and location of distributed power.Based on the research of the algorithm of the access location and access capacity of distributed power,particle swarm optimization(PSO)has many characteristics which is fix to the research subject of this paper,such as easy to implement,high efficiency and so on.However,due to considering the economic and reliability of the power system fully,the proposed multi-objective function is more complex than the general objective function.Therefore,this paper makes full use of advantages of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm to improve the particle swarm algorithm.This improved particle swarm algorithm can solve the problem of falling into local convergence when solving the objective function.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm has the advantages of genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and annealing algorithm.This paper prove the superiority of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm through two examples.On the one hand,comparing the difference of the optimization schemes which use a comparison without DG,optimization of the standard particle swarm algorithm and improved particle swarm algorithm into genetic algorithm.On the other hand,comparing the difference of the optimization schemes which use the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and improved algorithms of other papers.
