This text bases on the planning theory of urban ecological residential area. In perspective of si mulation analysis of climate elements, it collects and concludes fundamental materials of climate, e cology and this region through investigating. By selecting typical climate factors and applying soft ware model analysis which is commonly approved by present academe, we establish the current arc hitectural pattern of typical areas in Lanzhou Jinchengguan minsufengmaoqu. In this text, we analy ze the existing status of micro-climate in whole area including wind, solar radiation etc, and finally set up the planning and design method of urban eco-residence which contains practical and instructi ve meaning based on micro-climate environment through the following simulation investigations:First, as to the simulation analysis of micro-climate environment of Jinchengguan minsufeng maoqu, we simulate the current wind environment of this area through software like CFD, deeply a nalyze elements such as urban wind pressure, wind velocity under multiple conditions, and finally g et the controlling design strategy of eco-residence planning based on micro-climate environment.Second, as to the simulation analysis of micro-climate environment of Jinchengguan minsufen gmaoqu, we raise the controlling strategies of constructing density, height and orientation, which w ould influence regional sunlight, through simulation analysis of present solar radiation in this area b y using software as research basis.Concluding the analysis results of factors like wind, solar radiation etc, we obtain the best orie ntation of this area, and draw up some instructive strategies of eco-residence planning in Lanzhou, which has practical meanings.
