In the process of long-term construction,regional traditional buildings in order to adapt to regional climate,would spontaneously form a series of simple and effective construction strategy.In the fossil energy shortage,building energy consumption today,with the traditional architectural ecology of wisdom,passive adjustment of the building thermal environment,to reduce energy consumption has an urgent practical significance.The site of the former Governor’s residence in Qingdao is unique to the modern architecture of Qingdao.It has unique historical and ecological value.Re-excavation of the Governor’s residence is still alive to build the wisdom of the study of its heat,wind and light environment,quantitative analysis of the building to adapt to the climate to create technology,with a view to the modern building passive energy-saving design to provide a way of thinking.In the aspect of building technology,the indoor thermal environment adjustment method,ventilation technology and lighting mode of the Governor’s residence are extracted through the combination of construction research,field measurement,modeling simulation and quantitative analysis.The main research work is as follows:(1)Investigation of the original information of the former residence of the Governor’s office.This paper summarizes the climate characteristics of Qingdao and its influence on the traditional houses,and summarizes the climate adaptability design strategy of Qingdao residential buildings.The paper analyzes the historical background of the residence,the history of the building,the construction profile and the construction process.(2)the study of the indoor thermal environment of the Governor’s residence.Through the field investigation and field measurement,the structure and details of the Governor’s residence are described,and the masonry walls,the western-style clay tiles roof,the wooden floor,the floor and the surface of the mansion are described in detail.Doors and windows of the specific practices and construction,according to the current norms of the envelope of the various parts of the heat transfer coefficient.(3)On the basis of this,combined with the local measured data,the ecological analysis software of Ecotect Analysis was used to simulate the thermal loss of the envelope of the Governor’s residence,the indoor temperature change and the annual heating and cooling energy consumption,and select the clay equivalent to the energysaving standard Porous brick composite insulation structure as a reference building,comparative analysis of the calculated thermal indicators,quantitative analysis of the energy efficiency of the residence.At the same time,the shading effect of the common verandah in the construction of the German rent period is quantitatively analyzed,and the suitable corridor scale range is obtained by comparing the solar radiation and the thermal energy efficiency.Finally,the use of Weather Tool tool combined with Qingdao climate characteristics of the passive design strategy analysis,to enhance the envelope thermal insulation performance as the main improvement measures.According to the related research results,a composite indoor insulation system of paper cellulose-free mortar with no steam layer is proposed.It is applied to the thermal insulation construction of the governor’s residence.The energy saving of this strategy is analyzed by simulation.Similar structure of the historical building of the ecological transformation to provide a reference.(3)Study on the wind environment of the Governor’s residence.Through the measurement and CFD simulation,the typical working conditions of the outdoor wind environment in summer and winter were simulated,and the outdoor wind speed,the maximum wind speed and the wind pressure were taken as the evaluation index to analyze the outdoor wind environment of the residence.At the same time,it explores the influence of tall trees around the mansion on the outdoor wind environment and provides an optimization strategy for vegetation arrangement.Then,the wind environment of the indoor summer condition was simulated and the average wind speed,the maximum wind speed and the air age were used as the evaluation indexes,and the ventilation situation in the house was analyzed.The principle of hot-ventilating ventilation in the eastern part of the building is explained,and the longitudinal wind velocity distribution and its influence on the ventilation of adjacent rooms are quantitatively analyzed.Through the numerical simulation and local measurement of the ventilation of the outdoor group,the ventilation of the building monomer structure and the ventilation of the building,the characteristic space and the space combination system which is conducive to ventilation in the building are extracted,and their mechanism of improving the indoor ventilation is summarized.(4)Study on the light environment of the Governor’s office.Measured residenceof the main function of the room indoor and outdoor illumination,window and other indicators,calculate the room lighting factor to analyze the indoor natural lighting conditions.The establishment of the Governor’s official light environment simulation model,respectively,in the summer solstice,winter solstice all cloudy conditions,the official residence of each floor of the lighting coefficient and indoor illumination and brightness values to a comprehensive understanding of the official room of the natural lighting situation.And the comparison of the lighting effect of different forms of German windows in the residence,and discuss the influence of the corridor on the natural lighting of the building.(5)the modern revelation of the climate adaptation experience of the Governor’s residence.The ecological design strategy of improving the interior comfort of the Governor’s office provides a simple and effective revelation for modern architecture.Under the analysis and support of quantitative data,the traditional building experience is combined with modern technology,construction and materials,Consumption problems to provide a solution.
