The Environmental Supervision System And Application Research Of High Grade Highway During The Construction Period

Environment supervision of highway project is currently the overseas highway industry is the important domain and topic, the developed countries in the very early has begun to pay attention to the development of highway project, and attaches great importance to environmental management, environmental supervision of highway project, the high grade highway project, from design to construction, and then to the operation requirements are increasingly strictly, and the protection and supervision measures which becomes more and more perfect.The construction project itself has the complexity, the lack of high-grade highway construction project environmental supervision of the whole process are discussed in the paper. In view of the high grade highway construction period environmental supervision project, through the literature material, the content of environmental supervision during construction of high grade highway is a system arrangement, combined with the actual project, summed up a set of strong operability, high environmental supervision procedures.This paper focuses on the construction phase of air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and environmental management of solid waste problems, also tried to design and research the operation period of the environmental supervision, improve the environmental supervision system during the construction of high grade highway, summarizes the main points of the implementation of environmental supervision of higher grade highway construction project as well as the corresponding stage environmental protection measures. Taking the Changshaolou highway project as an example to conduct applied research the results can provide a reference for the environment supervision of highway construction projects.
