Application Of Environmental Supervision In Subway Construction Project

In recent years, along with our country economy fast development, urban development and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent conflict, to control the pollution of the environment and influence of project construction problems, requires the introduction of environmental supervision in the project construction process. However, environmental supervision in our country is still only at the initial development stage, has not formed the perfect standard or process. In recent years, in order to solve the urban traffic congestion, traffic difficult problems, big cities are in subway construction project. Due to the need of most subway route through the residential area, the prosperous commercial area or scenic spot, high environmental sensitivity, and the subway construction project general construction scale, long construction period and various affecting factors of environment surrounding the project, etc.In this paper, the process of subway construction project environmental supervision application analysis, starting from the project of the early design stage, to the stage of metro operation, from the subway construction project environmental supervision organization structure, scope of work and the work procedure set, is given to illustrate the application of the adapt to the environment of metro construction project supervision.Finally, in Nanjing metro line 3 project engineering as an example, this paper establish the environmental supervision of application solutions, in the project design stage, construction stage and operation stage by environmental protection for examination and approval, completion inspection and acceptance, and in-situ tests on the empirical analysis, validate the scheme is practical and effective.
