Highway Construction Project Environmental Supervision System Research

With the quick development of highways in our country , The environmental question of the highway construction time is outstanding day by day, But Environmental management is weak in construction time of highway, The pratice of Environment-Supervision can strengthen the work of environmental protection in construction time.This text analyses the current situation of highway project's environmental management during its construction, dissertates the academic and realistic significance of setting up the Environment-Supervision in time of construction.The conception which is highway project's Environment-Supervision during its construction is brought forward. The institutions of the highway Environment-Supervision in construction time is established, which adopts to our country basis construction procedure, the system of the highway Environment-Supervision's method is discussed,which includes technical means , economical means means of Public Participation, On-the-spot management means and so on. It is studied in a deepgoing way, which is the process of quantity of highway project's Environment -Supervision in period of construction, a series of index is conceived.Environment-Supervision is applied to all single projects ,such as road bed project, road surface projects, bridge- culvert projects, tunnel projects, virescence projects. which provide basal information for establishing Road Environment-Supervision criterion and enchiridion.
