| With the stretch of prestressed steel, T beam section bear eccentric compression, girder’s dead weight gradual participate forces. T beam and pedestal produce relative displacement, at this state force condition of concrete beam manifestations complex. Because of the limit of concrete age, concrete compressive strength and tensile strength very low at this state. Maybe cause concrete cracking. At prestressed reinforcement pulling anchor cable stage, T beam forced state can regard as simply supported. With the development of pulling anchor cable stage, eccentric compression of T beam become more and more big, T beam produced inverted arch at last. Therefore it’s very important to carry through mechanical analysis at pulling anchor cable stage.This paper basis on Baobei river practical project, carry through mechanical analysis of simply supported-continuous prestressed concrete beam. Pre-buried vibrating wire strain gauge in the stage of precast T beam, when concrete strength reached requirements, conducting symmetric tension.Building ANSYS finite element model, simulate load of actual test. Through finite element analysis extracting data, compared with measured data, verify the rationality of finite element model. Analysis of the stress distribution law of direction across and longitudinal bridge. respectively using different tension sequence to stretch prestressed reinforcement, then analysis of stress change and distribution law in control sections, found that from beam end to mid-span existing tensile stress transition from compressive stress. Analysis of longitudinal stress distribution law along cross section, holds that beam end exist shear lag effect, there is no hear lag effect in mid-span. Study on different tension sequence have effect on stress, deflection and lateral displacement of T beam, the results showed that different tension sequence have great influence on stress and lateral displacement, but have little effect on deflection. Building model of anchor end, study on the stress distribution law of concrete under anchor, the results showed that concrete under anchor exist stress concentration. |
