Prefabricated concrete structure is one of the important structural systems for the development of industrialization in China.The most core technology in prefabricated concrete structures is the connection between components and components.At present,most of the joints between components and components in China use steel sleeve grouting.The sleeve grouting method has high requirements on the grouting compactness and operation method.Since the metal bellows has a large hole diameter,it is more convenient in grouting and operation methods,and the metal bellows has a large radial rigidity,which can effectively suppress the deformation of the external concrete caused by the tension of the steel bar,and weaken the surrounding concrete.The cracking damage ultimately improves the joint performance between the component and the component.Therefore,in this paper,the connection performance between the components and the components is studied for the connection mode of the mortar anchors in the embedded metal bellows.Based on the reading of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper conducts experiments and finite element studies on the mechanical properties of pre-embedded metal corrugated pipe anchors.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The monotonous continuous loading test was carried out on 12 sets of 36 pre-buried metal corrugated pipe anchored steel reinforced joints.The diameters of anchoring bars(20mm and 25mm)and anchoring length(7d,10 d and 13 d,d is the diameter of anchoring bars).And the effect of the anchorage position(at the corners and at the edges)on the ultimate bearing capacity,bond strength,peak slip,bond energy,residual bond strength and ductility of this joint.(2)The repeated loading test of 12 sets of 36 pre-buried metal corrugated pipe anchored steel reinforced joints,mainly studied the diameter of anchored steel bars(20mm and 25mm),the length of anchoring bars(7d,10 d and 13d)and The influence of the position of the anchor steel bars(at the corners and at the edges)on the ultimate bearing capacity,bond strength,peak slip,bond energy,residual bond strength and ductility of this joint..(3)Using ABAQUS finite element(FE)software to carry out FE simulation numerical simulation of pre-buried metal corrugated pipe anchor steel reinforced joints under monotonic continuous loading,through the failure mode,bond-slip curve and ultimate bearing of the test piece In terms of force and other aspects,the FE simulation data is compared with the experimental data,and the degree of coincidence between the simulation results and the test results is verified to ensure the correctness of the numerical simulation work,and perform parameter analysis.
