In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, cloud computing, big data and other information technology, the world is already facing round and round informational reforms. Now it has been an important way to improve the service level of container logistics and make the container transport become more smarter that adding the application of Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and other information technology, that constructing the efficient, safe and intelligent data collection network, that building container logistics information platform and that combining the optimization technique and information resources.At present, the development of container logistics informatization in our country is facing difficulties. First, a large of information about the state during the process of transportation is not collected timely and accurately, which result in many activities of the container being out control. Second, many government departments and enterprises have their own information system. But their information resources separate from each other. It is very hard to bring them together. And last, also the most important the development of inland container transport is relatively backward in our country, which means there is none really "Door to Door" integrated logistics system by container transport.Aiming at the problems above, this paper is put forward to build a unified, open, dynamic container logistics information platform combined the technology of Internet of Things. First, after the introduction about the concept and theory of Internet of Things technology the paper summarizes the advantages which the platform have to solve the current problem. Then, it makes the overall planning and design of the container logistics information platform based on user demand analysis and function requirement analysis, which includes design thought, platform positioning, system structure analysis, system module deployment, function structure analysis and operation mode analysis. Finally, this paper design the segmented transport optimization of the slot allocation and dynamic pricing models by two stages for container liner shipping, dynamic scheduling of container tractors and container multimodal transport service, in detail. As the construction of the smart container logistics information platform based on the Internet of Things is a very huge and complicated project, this paper also puts up some countermeasures and Suggestions.
