With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,the scale of Internet of Things is expanding rapidly.Applications of cross-border are increasing rapidly.The number of IoT devices has reached 8.4 billion by the beginning of 2018.Thanks to IoT,our daily life has become more convenient and intelligent.At the same time,the special equipment including elevators are facing problems such as complicated-usage,supervising and security risks which means technology upgrade is urgently needed to handle those situations.In this paper,we first focus on the current situation of special equipment management,to solve the problems of the equipment registration and supervision.Then we introduce the Internet of Things technology into the management of special equipment,After that we design and implement the elevator information platform,which is consisted with registration module,monitoring and managing module,maintenance module and other modules.The development of the platform has two main part,one is the front-end development mainly involved with equipment data viewing,the other is the back-end development mainly handling the data from equipment and providing information for the front-end.In order to supply support the realization of elevator supervision system,we also design and develop an Internet of Things platform which can run independently to provide equipment access and data processing functions for the elevator platform.According to the requirements of the platform for elevator informationization supervision,this paper designs and implements an information management platform with low coupling,high performance,high scalability and high flexibility.The platform adopts the development of subsystems,and the communication among subsystems uses message queue,which reduces the coupling between functions.Each subsystem can run independently which improves the flexibility of the platform.The platform compares various communication models and designs an asynchronous IO communication scheme with high throughput and reliability according to the characteristics of elevator monitoring scenarios,and implements the platform self-defined protocol expansion function on the basis of efficient equipment access,which improves the adaptability and availability of the platform.We proposed an optimization scheme for the time series data,we use hierarchical storage and the time series data compression algorithm are applied in our platform which greatly improve the storage efficiency and storage performance of our platform and reducing the system use cost.On the basis of platform function realization,this paper optimizes the system’s high concurrent performance from database,cache and other aspects.After optimization,the platform server can handle with tens of thousands of long connections and 200,000 messages processing from devices per seconds.Finally,this paper verifies the practicability and rationality of the elevator information platform under the actual elevator monitoring scenario through a complete test,and proves the superiority of the platform in the overall design scheme and system performance.
