In recent years, with the continuous development of domestic marine engineering, the increasement of cargo shipping’s total amount, Ships have become more large-scale and the quantity of large tonnage ships have grown sustainedly. Because of this, the situation of the emergency salvage operation in the sea is becoming more serious. In order to deal with this dangerous situation, domestic major salvage bureaus and related companies have begun to use new salvage crafts to carry on the wreck salvage, so the hydraulic synchronous lifting system which is a new form of salvage craft is widely used.However, during the offshore engineering construction, the ship is the engineering base. Barge is different from land, due to different sea conditions, it with waves irregularly sways and lifts. During actual fishing operations, single cable stress even increases too much. All of these conditions will tremendously increase the difficulty of the offshore engineering, even leading to engineering accidents. So, this paper proposes a passive heave compensation system, in order to realize the purpose that projects can still be safe on these particular sea conditions.Sunken ship salvaging hydraulic synchronous lifting system with a lift heave compensation device is applicable to the complicated sea conditions. With the ability to salvage large tonnage ships, the high work efficiency, advantages that not limited by depth, it becomes the core technology of the large tonnage and flood deep wreck salvage.A passive heave compensation system with accumulator is proposed for the 450 ton hydraulic synchronous traction (lifting) system. By mathematical model and simulation model, the working characteristics of the rise heave compensation system were designed and researched. And then we researched the characteristics of heave compensation system with an adding proportional throttle valve while the accumulator were connecting.This paper introduces the technology’s development of the heave compensation system home and abroad. According to the operating conditions of the wreck salvage and the load of the wreck, the hydraulic power analysis software Hydrostar is used to get the heave motion of the barge. Taking the "ray of the century" as an example, the wreck was analyzed and the mathematic mode of the load was built. After a comprehensive consideration, a passive heave compensation form was taken, a large tonnage ship lifting passive heave compensation system for the overall design scheme was proposed, a overall design scheme of the hydraulic system was made, a hydraulic system schematic was drown, and the design of the hydraulic components’layout of the compensation system was finished.We designed the hydraulic principle of the heave compensation system. With the analysis software AMESim, the parameters of the hydraulic system was determined, the feasible rationality of the passive compensation was verified. Then, the working characteristic of the heave compensation system with proportional throttle valve was designed.and the ship hydraulic Synchrolifting passive heave compensation system for variable flow control technology was studied. In addition, the test strategy of the compensation system was preliminarily designed and the scheme of the test platform was made out.In the end of the dissertation, summary and future trends of research related to the wreck of the hydraulic synchronizing lifting passive heave compensation system for throttle control technology are outlined.
