Since mankind started using sea-going ships,the heaving of ships induced by wind and waves has made it dangerous to handle loads without causing any damages,economic losses and casualties.Therefore,it is becoming more and more important to carry loads safely and effectively for winch operations.One of the effective methods is to install an active heave compensation device(AHC)on the winch.The AHC device can take the initiative to compensate for the heaving of the ship,so that under the complex sea conditions the hoisting cargo can maintain the relative stability in the vertical direction.The main purpose of the rotary AHC is to solve the problem of winch for deep sea operation,under certain complex sea conditions,in which the compensation accuracy of the rotary AHC is not less than 90%.Through designing the hydraulic and control system of AHC device,and based upon the dynamic modeling,simulations and existing projects,the performance of the AHC system is to be verified.The main contents are listed as follows:(1)Analysis and design of AHC system.(2)Design of hydraulic system for rotary AHC system.(3)Design of control system for rotary AHC system.(4)Simulation and analysis of rotary AHC system.(5)Testing for rotary AHC system...
