Each shipping company has been committed to the research of operation cost of ship control, coupled with the IMO increasingly stringent requirements of the ship air pollution control, energy-saving emission reduction of marine engine has become an important topic in the shipping enterprises of various countries and the international maritime organization. Wartsila company design and manufacture of RT flex intelligent diesel, the application of the electronic common rail technology, and the traditional diesel engine compared to with low fuel consumption, low emissions and high operational reliability characteristics, has gradually become a marine main diesel engine, the mainstream models. Compared with the traditional diesel engine, the RT-flex intelligent diesel engine has applied the fuel and servo oil common rail technology, and has canceled the traditional camshaft drive, reliability and fuel economy greatly improved.In this paper, compared with the traditional RTA and B&W ME MAN diesel engine, the characteristics and advantages of RT-flex intelligent diesel are summarized.. Based on the characteristics of the electronic common rail of RT-flex diesel engine, the common rail and its structure and principle of the fuel common rail and servo oil are analyzed.. On this basis, the main research of the RT-flex host control system. RT flex host control system by the WECS9520 control module as the core and of the fuel in the cylinder of diesel engine injection timing and injection quantity control, WECS9520 control module and the remote control system, electronic governor of other independent control mechanism via a communication link to complete the reliability of marine main engine control. In this paper, we study the WECS9520 control module FCM-20 design and function of, also on the control system of fuel injection control, exhaust valve control various control principle is analyzed. We also study the application of electronic control system redundancy technology and flex view software system. Through the research and digestion and absorption of RT-flex diesel engine structure and electronic control common rail technology, we can provide some reference for the development and production of domestic intelligent diesel engine. |
