The foundry waste sand and slag is mainly solid waste in the foundry industry,environmental pollution caused by solid waste which has been a bottleneck restricting the development of the foundry industry. Throughout the domestic and foreign studies of foundry waste sand and slag recycling, basically be used for building materials, but its relative lack of road base in applied research, not system.National foundry waste sand and slag heap stock increased year by year, the composition of the area of similar ingredients. In this paper, foundry waste sand and slag as the research object in Anshan, of raw materials and cement stabilized mixture of experimental research, in order to achieve the purpose of foundry waste sand and slag applications in Pavement Base. First of all, the foundry waste sand and slag crushing and screening, in order to meet technical and economic requirements, a certain amount of rubble and iron tailings associated with it, according to the type of material to draw five mix combination scheme, and the mixture ratio design of mixture, respectively; Secondly, get this program at five different mix cement dose optimum moisture content and maximum dry density by geotechnical standard compaction test, in accordance with a predetermined dry density after static compaction with prepared specimens, keeping in good health after a series of unconfined compressive strength test, splitting test and indoor compressive resilient modulus test, to verify whether the programs meet regulatory requirements, explore the various components of the program project scope; Finally, with the ordinary cement stabilized gravel for technical and economical comparison, to provide reference and basis system applications in engineering.The results show that: through experimental analysis foundry waste sand and slag, it was understood that physical and chemical properties meet the technical requirements of semi-rigid material. In unconfined compressive strength of control targets, you can get consistent with the requirements of the project five Mixture Ratio program. With ordinary cement stabilized gravel for technical and economic comparison, we can see foundry waste sand and slag used in road base, not only to reduce waste inventory, implementfoundry waste sand and slag recycling utilization, and can reduce road projects costs by about 30%, increase enterprise efficiency, technical measures serve multiple purposes.
