At present the vehicle stability control has become a research hotspot in the field of vehicle active safety. Vehicle with active safety control system can Real-time control the car body according to the driving conditions and running state, effectively control the vehicle attitude and improve the vehicle rollover stability and driving safety.This article mainly aims at the mini bus rollover stability at high speed in the process of turning, we build a parametric model of the vehicle and proposed control target and control strategy, then validate and compare the control strategy that proposed through simulation experiment. The results prove that, the three control strategy are proposed effectively to control the vehicle rollover posture and can improve the rollover stability of mini bus.First of all, a reference vehicle model with three degrees of freedom was established. Then analyze the influencing factors of the mini bus rollover stability in view of the roll angle, yaw rater and lateral acceleration, etc. Design the rollover trigger and set the trigger threshold based on lateral load transfer rate.Secondly, propose differential braking method which based on feedback control system of the lateral acceleration according to the movement characteristics of mini bus rollover, set brake cylinder pressure of the outer wheel in turning process as the control target and propose three control strategies that are optimal control, PID control and fuzzy control. Apply brake torque according to the movement of the vehicle to realize vehicle anti-rollover control.And then using CarSim software and MATLAB/Simulink to establish co-simulation model of mini bus, set up three kinds of typical working condition, J-Turn Fishhook, double lane change test on dry pavement and icy pavement to verify the control strategy that proposed in this paper according to the relevant test standards. Through comparison of the control effect, the result shows that the three control strategies can effectively control the body posture change and effectively restrain the mini bus rollover occurred, and proved the effectiveness of the control strategy.
