In modern warfare,weapon damage is one of the most important factors to affect the war situation. Weapon damage is associated with the power of weapons itself, whether the fuse detonating time accurate and effective or not is the important reason of weapon damage also.Fuse detonating time can affect weapon explosion within the prescribed time prescribed places,but if deviation from the intended location scheduled time will make the weapon damage discount. on fuse, affecting the timing of the performance of the device mostly should be micro inertial switch.Micro inertial switch is a special kind of inertial device.Micro inertial switch itself is a kind of combined sensor and actuator components.Micro inertial switch is not only able to perceive the change of the acceleration, but also can converts acceleration changes caused by electrical signals to control the on-off switch signal by its own processing circuit.The most important thing in the micro inertial switch is can accurately determine whether acceleration signal to reach response threshold conditions, including acceleration amplitude and pulse width of the judgment.At first, this paper designed a kind of micro inertial switch that can accurately determine the acceleration change and its frequency range is 5~150 hz, the response threshold acceleration is10 g, the response time is 18 ms. In addition, the switch also can withstand the maximum 60 V of the load voltage and load current up to 1 A. Then when the shell packaging design, we do statics analysis and modal analysis using ANSYS, get minimum stress displacement and inherent frequency of the shell.In engineering testing experiments, we have some experiments to test micro inertial switch output sensitivity and calibrate the response threshold acceleration of the micro inertial switch, test the micro inertial response time, and test mistake trigger of the micro inertial switch during abnormal transportation, loading and unloading.In view of the micro inertial switch are harsh working environment, not only have to bear the damage of all kinds of temperature stress, but also bear the damage of high impact overload acceleration, this paper designed a series of reliability experiments to verify the reliability parameters of micro inertial switch.we obtained the factors affecting the reliability of micro inertial switch by reliability experiment and the influence degree of these factors,and we establish a micro inertial switch fault tree and analysis the reliability parameters of micro inertial switch qualitatively and quantitatively and lay a certain foundation for micro inertial switch in the circuit design and packaging design optimization...
