The Outer Space Research Of High And New Technology Industry Park

High-tech industry is an important section of science, technology and economy development in this new era in China. As a knowledge-intensive industry platform and technology-intensive economic entity, high-tech industry park has its remarkable significance to support industry development. In recent years, high-tech industrial park construction in our country is booming with some following problems, for example, some projects of high-tech industry park only care about project scale, while ignoring the quality of this project, thus these projects usually have seldom connection with the city where they located or have uncompleted supporting facilities. Thus, some related issues should be properly addressed first in the early stage of high-tech industry park planning and design. As to this, in the background of rapid economic development and policies dramatically giving support to build high-tech industry park, a number of high-tech industry parks, which have capability to research and innovation and refer as corporation incubators, have emerged in China. While there are still some gaps in this area should be complemented such as outer space theoretical research and design methods of high-tech industrial park.In the perspective of architecture, environmental psychology and art design, this paper aims to make a comprehensive evaluation to outer space of high-tech industrial park. First, current researches about hi-tech industry park design in China and aboard were classified in this paper, owing to introduce the relevant theories and practice developments of high-tech industry park and clarify category level dividing of high-tech industrial park outer space. Secondly, the author analyzed the outer space of some cases in Shanghai using the graphic expression method (KIC industrial park, Xin Tiandi corporate world and technology oasis industrial park, the city headquarters of the Northern Economic Zone).This research discussed plane composition and overall outlook of building from the overall view, then analyzing the type of composing elements, material, color of high-tech industrial park outer space and distribution location of high-tech park. As to this, this paper explored a real case in Hefei (Innovation Industrial Park) using graphic expression and satisfaction survey to public, which aimed to evaluate the actual effect of the high-tech industrial park outer space from people’s subjective perspective. As this result, through the analysis of cases in Shanghai, it is shown that industrial park design intended to look like more technological and modern, as well as extraversion and possibility to better communication with the surrounding area. For example, KIC industrial park is a good case of open plan design, Fountain Plaza in this park can be shared with public for informal using; With regard to technology oasis industry park, ample space system has been constructed owing to its diverse landscape design and excellent combination with courtyard. While regarding to the case in Hefei, which is relying on the overall planning of Hefei High-tech urban district dramatically. Innovation industry park in Hefei built an open park landscape spindle, in the meanwhile, focused on completing supporting facilities and combing level to overall outer space. Landscape design and public facilities in each park has diverse kinds and colors, optimizing the overall atmosphere of the outer space in high-tech industry park with the help of core space node.In this paper, in the background of rapid economy development and keep expanding inner meaning of industry,some related studies about the actual results and optimization strategies of outside space of high-tech industrial park, which is based on some research methods such as literature review, field survey and satisfaction survey. In the respect of these three parts research, this paper analyzed the key point of high-tech industrial park outer space design, then analyzed the tangle impact of outer space of high-tech industry park design using some cases, at last, gave some proposals and prospects for relevant following research about this topic.
