Research On Public Space Design Of High-tech Park From The Perspective Of Integration Of Industry And City

With the rapid development of new urbanization in China,traditional high-tech parks have neglected the interaction between themselves and urban space,thus exposing a series of problems of separation of industry and city.It is based on this situation that the integration of industry and city provides a new solution for the relationship between industry and city,which has become the inevitable trend of the development of high-tech parks.However,the quality of public space in high-tech park is not only related to the satisfaction of high-tech talents with the working and living environment in the park.Moreover,it is also related to the diversity of urban public life and the display of urban culture,so as to affect the interaction between industry and city,and further affect the development of high-tech parks.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the public space design of high-tech park from the perspective of integration of industry and city so as to improve the environmental quality of the park.City,this paper attempts to produce fusion as the unique Angle of view,by means of high science and technology park and the basic research of the public space,as well as the high science and technology park of city integration development evolution,summarizes the common problems of high science and technology park in development and construction of public space,at the same time,the integration of production at home and abroad city high science and technology park of the study of the public space of the case analysis,to extract the high science and technology park development characteristics of public space,thus further put forward under the perspective of city integration production high science and technology park public space design principles,and from the "city","sharing" and "soft convergence" the three new Angle to construct the public space design strategy,Finally,I have the honor to participate in the high-tech park practice project designed by my mentor to test this construction system and complete the interpretation of the theoretical results of the paper.This paper hopes to correct the morbid mode of "separation of industry and city" in some cities from the unique perspective of integration of industry and city,promote economic growth,and provide a more scientific and healthy development direction for the design of public space of high-tech parks.This paper is divided into four main parts.The main contents of each part are as follows:The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter,this part narrates the background and significance of the research,combs the literature review of relevant research at home and abroad,defines the research object and guiding framework of the paper,and summarizes the development characteristics and common problems of high-tech parks and their public spaces through the research on the development process of high-tech parks.The second part is the third chapter,which analyzes the concept of industry-city integration.At the same time,it makes a longitudinal analysis of the public space in the high-tech park cases of industry-city integration at home and abroad.Finally,it summarizes the development characteristics of the public space in the high-tech park of industry-city integration through a horizontal comparison,laying a foundation for the following principles and strategies.The third part includes the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,Through the analysis and research of the previous part,the paper summarizes and puts forward the design principles applicable to the public space of high-tech parks,as well as the design strategies including "micro-city","shared type" and "soft integration",in order to respond to the problems existing in the development of public space of high-tech parks.The fourth part is the sixth chapter,taking the tutor's studio project that the author was lucky enough to participate in the design as an empirical case,to explore the rationality and feasibility of the design strategy used in the specific high-tech park project,so as to test the theoretical strategy and complete the integrity of the research.Finally,the conclusion summarizes the core content and main points of this paper,and explains the shortcomings of the paper.
