With the aviation industry and the rapid development of communication technology, aviation lights application is no longer confined to the traditional aircraft shipping, rapid application of other sectors of the aviation lamp output efficiency and durability put forward higher requirements. Capacitive energy storage for solar aviation lights are powered by solar energy converted to provide aviation lights and when without power and the excess energy is stored in super capacitor inside. Non-polluting, energy efficient and clean environment, and the long life that have made its application more widely, towers, and the mountains of navigation and early warning, and its high efficiency of the conversion process transmission system directly affects the stability of the super-capacitive energy storage for solar aviation lights the final performance.This thesis focuses on the above-mentioned problems, an intelligent control systems and high efficiency power conversion technology as the main object of study, in the traditional aviation lights systematic study, based on the system control and power conversion efficiency to do a thorough analysis, proposed a kinds of practical new design. To accommodate the main are: a system of solar aviation light control method applied to various proposed a regional aviation light control system structure including a combination of hydraulic and wind.
