With the development of the power system and the deepening of the power system reform, in order to ensure grid security, quality and economic operation, and the orderly operation of the electricity market, power dispatch center may simultaneously run multiple applications, according to the Electric Power Dispatching Automation System Master needs to design the functional modules of the master station, with adjusting the SCADA modules, distribution fault processing module, the Web browser module, the advanced application software module, the distribution of GIS module, the distribution work management module and the external system interconnect module. Resulting system resources shared processing of large amount of data storage and monitoring the increase in complexity.Aba region’s rapid economic development will grid scheduling run management and production operations bring tremendous pressure, but also will greatly promote the construction and development of the Aba region grid. In this situation, as the grid security, stability and economic operation, technical support and protection, scheduling automation systems and management level must also be with the times. Dispatching automation systems as the hub of the entire grid scheduling run, With the continuous expansion of the scale of the grid and power quality, optimize the running and other requirements continue to increase, and the period of safety, reliability, advanced to become the problem that must be addressed.This topic design for power grid dispatching of distribution network GIS system with GIS technology and advanced development platform, the use of space data acquisition, graphic display and the application of B/S and other major technical advantages, the technique power, advanced business combination, achieve a graphical display, query and other functions. Through the webpage browsing in the form of the power line, substation and main wiring graph display and query, but also to the identity of the user, verification after landing, the influence of user query history, switch historical records, and close to switch operation etc.This paper discusses the need for traditional scheduling automation system integration with a variety of advanced technologies.
