With the rapid development of modern society, the use of natural gas has involved all aspects of our life has been inseparable. In the recent years, with the increase of awareness focuses on cost and price accuracy on sales and purchase of natural gas measurementing has become to the focus of attention all related enterprises.Trading natural gas has done according to the cumulant of flowmetermeter on pipelines. Measurement accuracy of flowmeters has become an important quota of the people’s livelihood.Before a flowmeter measuring be used for trade, it must be pass a verificated. Because of the national compulsory verification catalogue of measuring instruments include. It can be used for trading after verificated. Verificating and calibrating with manual operation s a low efficiency work. It is tedious and complicated. But now, a large quantity of measurement inspection institutions are still using this old method. And it will make errors easily. It will increase works of the measurement inspection institutions.In this Thesis, we must face this phenomenon. We begin to develop an automatic control software. After analyzing the new theories and technologys of works in verificating and calibrating flowmeters profession. Developing a standard bell porver automatic control software to increase efficiency, data processing handily and decrease errors.1. Analyzing the current verificating and calibrating methods with the standard bell porver. Design software structure in accordance with industry standards. To research a common features of each verificating and calibrating methods. And to structure a method which could fit verificating and calibrating the different types flowmeters. Developing a standard bell porver automatic control software2. Research the Standard Bell Porver supporting meters and flowmeters. Research their output methods and collection methods. Programming collection software by occupation standard. To achieve the right way of collecting the raw data in a verification and calibration work, and keep the raw data correctly.3.
