Embarking from the daily testing workexperience and the actual work needs, a set of automatic calibration system for Bell ProverGas Calibration Facility is designed, through the analysis of error source of the Bell ProverGas Calibration Facility, which Integrated photovoltaic technology, computer technology andelectronic technology. By which Gas flowmeter automation testing can be completed, andconstant volume improve to variable volume in the testing process of gas flowmeter detection.Three detection modes are proposed, which are automatic testing mode, manual testing mode,direct testing mode, Corresponding to the three different types of gas flowmeter output. Thesystem ensures the detection accuracy and repeatability of the premise, which greatlyimproves the detection efficiency.This paper describes the design concept and basic working principle of the automateddetection system. The design and selection of hardware, the system detects the flowchart, themain module control system, are all introduced.
