In recent years,aircraft automatic assembly systems represented by automatic drilling and riveting systems with different structures are widely used in aircraft manufacturing.However,there are serval problems in the design of control software for the devices.On the one hand,the software was designed with a method for specific structure or a method of function customization,which led to lack of software expansion and long development cycle.On the other hand,most of the devices were based on the CNC equipment of traditional manufacturers.The standard CNC commands,which can't reflect the characteristics of the automatic drilling and riveting system,is user-unfriendly.In view of the above problems,the automatic drilling and riveting integrated control software was studied,the main contents are as follows:(1)A control software architecture with components and parameters that can be quickly configured was proposed.Through the analysis of the rapid configuration requirements of the equipment and control software,an open integrated control software architecture with components and parameters configurability was designed.The components of the software were defined around the interface design of the components,the parameterized design of the component,and the functional design of the component,which determined the development method of the software components.(2)An instruction system based on process for automatic drilling and riveting machine was proposed.By analyzing the process flow of the automatic drilling and riveting machine,the process-based automatic drilling and riveting machine instruction set was designed.The process instruction compiling system was developed based on the parameter configuration file.(3)Control software component development and system configuration.According to the component development method established by the software architecture,the interface and internal implementation logic of the functional component were designed and realized.The interface components of the software were designed based on the MFC platform.The structured file system and configuration management system were designed,and the configuration of the automatic drilling and riveting machine control software was completed.The automatic drilling and riveting integrated control software studied in this thesis has the characteristics of quick configuration of components and parameters,which can realize the rapid development of automatic drilling and riveting system control software with different structural forms.The idea and implementation process can also be extended to the development of control software for other automatic assembly systems.
