In recent years, digital technology is booming, and modern digital electronic system is becoming more and more complex. Communication of the system parts highly depends on the digital serial bus, which sets the new request to the digital testing domain. Logic analyzer plays an important role in the digital testing domain. In order to meet the new requirements, improving the ability of logic analyzer in serial bus testing has become a trend.Based on the overall framework of logic analyzer and the protocol content of Arinc429 、milstd1553、CAN, this paper describes how to realize the trigger and analysis the serial bus protocol on logic analyzer in detail. And in particular, this paper makes a thorough discussion on the ideas about how to realize the real-time analysis and continued trigger of the serial bus protocol. The main works in this paper are as follows:1. The platform of logic analyzer was designed and the basic function was realized, which create conditions for the trigger and analysis of the serial bus protocol.2. The single trigger hardware modules of Arinc429, milstd1553 and CAN were designed, which realize the single trigger of the three kinds of serial bus protocol.3. The analysis hardware modules of Arinc429, milstd1553 and CAN were designed, which realize the real-time detection and real-time analysis of the three kinds of serial bus protocol.4. The continue trigger hardware modules of Arinc429, milstd1553 and CAN were designed, which realize the continue trigger of the three kinds of serial bus protocol.5. Debugging and testing: the hardware modules were debugged when being designed, and the test methods were drawn up to checkout the functions.
