With the continuous development of science and technology,the requirements for the collection and real-time measurement of the parameters of the shell are getting higher.During the test of the projectile,whether the effective data can be collected at an accurate time point for studying the artillery technology and improving its performance is great significance.Moreover,during the operation of the shell,it is necessary to measure its motion parameters in real time At present,the measurement of the parameters of the projectile.firstly,the data is collected by the acquisition card,and then the data is analyzed and processed.This method does not have real-time performance.At the same time,the space of the data acquisition is limited,and all the data acquisition and storage systems need a reliable trigger signal to trigger the storage system in order to start storing data.Based on the above reasons,this topic will study the real-time measurement and acquisition trigger technology of the shell motion parameters.Due to the fast moving speed of the projectile and the complicated test environment,the pre-workers have studied the signal conditioning circuit and the data acquisition and storage system.Under the existing conditions,the functions of real-time ranging and speed measurement are added to the data acquisition card and utilized.Real-time processing of calculation speed and distance,as a trigger signal of the storage system,can improve the stability of the acquisition card.After reviewing a lot of data and conducting a series of theoretical analysis,this paper mainly studies real-time ranging,real-time speed measurement,and trigger technology.The system uses phase measurement method to measure the speed and distance.After the three digital phase detectors are combined with the characteristics of these three digital phase detectors,a new digital correlation phase discrimination method is proposed.Then,the algorithm block diagram of real-time ranging and real-time speed measurement is designed.According to the algorithm block diagram,detailed logic circuit design is performed on the FPGA.The simulation of the logic function is carried out for eachmodule in the logic circuit.Based on the real-time ranging and the implementation of the speed measurement,a threshold triggering technique is designed.In addition to studying the real-time measurement and triggering technology of speed displacement,this topic also uses MFC to design the PC test software.At the end of the experiment was verified.The experimental results show that the subject can meet the real-time measurement of the projectile motion parameters,and the real-time performance is high,and the threshold trigger technology can effectively trigger the storage system to work,and the response time is short.
