Tourism is a related degree, driving strong, sustainable use of resources in the emerging industry. It can not only promote the development of related industry transport, shopping, telecommunications, catering services, culture and entertainment, but also for solving social employment, expanding domestic demand, stimulating consumption plays a positive role in promoting. Tourism is an important symbol of improving the quality of people’s life, is one of the modern and civilized way of life, is the people’s pursuit of improving the spirit of enjoyment target and way of level, is the present and future consumption is one of the three major hotspots.This paper is based on the theories and methods of risk management project, the Qihe Aquarium World Ocean hall construction project risk management are studied.Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of the topic, research literature at home and abroad, and the main content, the technical route and related theory are introduced in this paper. Then, according to the analysis of the general situation of Qihe aquarium world marine museum construction project, introduced the basic situation, the implementation of the project schedule, construction contents and environment of the project market analysis.
